In a resounding testament to its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Terri Mining proudly inaugurated a Mobile Health Unit on August 8, 2023, in partnership with HelpAge India. The launch marked a significant stride towards providing accessible healthcare services to communities in need.

The opening followed by a medical checkup camp in Jitpur, Dahubera & Pakedi villages.  The Mobile Health Unit's inaugural day witnessed the coverage of 1264 individuals with treatment of approximately 283 persons including children. The event was marked by a spirit of collaboration, as Terri Mining and HelpAge India joined forces to deliver essential medical care to those who require it most.

As a continuation of its commitment, Terri Mining is geared up to organize regular medical camps in the villages surrounding the Jitpur Coal Mine.  Total nine villages including Jitpur, Dahubera & Pakedi, Telbhita, Jiajori, Kairojori, Dumberpalam, Paharpur, Sunderpahari & Rampur are on the company's radar for these forthcoming initiatives.  These camps will provide medical care to 1520 no. of households and 6186 no. of individuals.  These camps are designed not only to provide medical care but also to promote a culture of preventive healthcare within the communities.  A specialised paediatric medical camp is also in the pipeline.
